1. Transactions with account

- Where do I specify the currency in which I play?

- The first letter that comes to your e-mail address contains an activation code and a link to a page confirming the registration. - I have typed wrong name when registering, how can I fix it?

- When registering, you must specify the real name, otherwise you will not be able to receive any winnings. It is impossible to change name. You should open a new account with the correct name.

- I have transferred the money, but they did not appear on my account ...

- If you transfer funds via bankwire, please send a document confirming the transfer, and we will fund your account with all or part of the sum in advance. - Here are the basic codes which help to decode error:
Error code 05 - means "the issuing bank card is unavailable." You need to try again later.
Error code 51 - means "insufficient funds". You may not consider the difference in conversion rates or request a sum of money greater than that which is on the card. You need to request a lesser amount.
Error code 12 - means "an unresolved transaction." You need to request clarification from the issuing bank or your credit card payment system through which you are trying to pay.
Error code 54 - means «expired card». Validity of your credit card has expired. You should contact the bank for the renewal of the card.

- What should I do if I cannot login (error - "Invalid Password" or "Account Number is not found")?

- First, try to enter an account number and password directly in the «My account». Please make sure that you have not pressed «Caps Lock». Clean your cache and cookies on your browser and reload this page. Type your account number and password on the keypad manually, not copy them (if you copy you may accidentally grab an extra space).

- How can I change my password?

- Click "My Account". The system will ask you to input your account number and password, then take you to a page of personal details. Next, select the "Security". Here you can change your password. For security purposes, we recommend to do this operation periodically. Do not forget the new password, write it down and keep in a secure place.

- What to do if you forgot your password?

- The interface of some of the payment system uses an auto-opening windows (pop-up windows). Perhaps you've installed the program (or make settings in the browser), which prevents the opening of these windows. Change the appropriate setting.



2. Betting

- How to use the «Copy»?

- Why many events that are in the section «Live-betting schedule», are not included in the main list of events?

- Which time zone is used in the events schedule?

- I want to place a bet, but I get the following error message: "Error -10".

- It says that you are not logged. Login and place a bet.



3. Calculation of bets

- My friend and I guessed to 9 events in toto, but the gain is different, why?

- What does «to come from behind and win» mean?

4. Procedure of withdrawal

- The withdrwals requests can be executed within up to 3 business days. If your request is still not executed, please make a second request. Please notice that funds are debited at the time of actual payment. - Do you take any commission for winnings?
